MATTHEW HILL

Ever since I can remember, I have always had a passion for creative art. Whether it was drawing, music, or video, I've always taken a great enjoyment in the things people can create from their imagination and a little bit of hard work. 

I was fortunate enough to go to a high school with a fantastic media program and some incredible teachers. It was there that I developed a passion for journalism and videography. I found a great appreciation for the endless number of stories you can tell with a camera.

I decided to pursue my passion for media at the University of Missouri. At Mizzou, I was able to pair my media skills with my deep passion for sports through a three-year internship with Mizzou Athletics and its Broadcast TV and Creative Video Departments. I had the opportunity to produce video content for every NCAA Division I athletic program offered at the university, and had the time of my life doing it.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in Journalism in May 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to pursue my dream of creating video content for an NFL franchise. In July 2023, I began a position with the Philadelphia Eagles as an Assistant Producer Seasonal Associate with Eagles Entertainment. I spent 10 months assisting and contributing to a variety of projects with the Feature Production team, including Eagles Mic'd Up, long-form features, vlogs, and live studio shoots. I was blessed to be under the tutelage of sports production professionals with decades of experience.

After the 2023-24 season, I was blessed to accept my current role, a full-time position with the Eagles as an Associate Producer. I have since focused my work on being a co-producer for the Eagles award-winning YouTube documentary series, All-Access (formerly Unscripted). I work to film both off and on-field documentary content following the team and its players, giving fans an inside look on the Eagles organization and the players they love. This role has given me opportunities to travel the country, build relationships with players and staff, and learn invaluable lessons in documentary production. Along with this, I also create short-form content for our other social platforms, using this space to try new and unique shooting and editing styles to tell short stories or just wow the viewer in a short amount of time. I take pride in creating content that makes fans feel like they know the players they watch on Sundays, and capturing moments that players can look back on fondly long after their career is over. I can't wait to see what the future holds and what moments I get to capture next!
